Below are the requirements to maintain a pet/animal on the property:<br /><br />Pet Deposit: $300<br />One Time Pet Fee: $200<br />Monthly Pet Rent: $25.00<br />Maximum of 1 pet per unit<br />Maximum Weight: 35 lbs<br /><br />All tenants must complete their pet screening profile and a pet/animal addendum must be signed prior to the pet/animal being allowed inside the unit.<br /><br />Service animals and emotional support animals are not considered pets and are exempt from pet fees, deposits, pet rent, weight limits, and numerical limitations, and will be reviewed as reasonable accommodation requests in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
